Support for an acquisition
Many SMEs could be targeted for an acquisition, but identify them in a very crowded and dispersed market may be difficult and time consuming for an international investor
In a typical MBI situation, we can support a foreign investor in
- identifying and selecting potential targets
- performing the preliminary and evaluations
- performing MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT
- acting as an advisors to build up an effective deal
- interfacing between the parties until the closing
In these situations the availability of local interim manager may bring substantial advantages to the acquiring international investor:
